Tonia Smith, owner of Good Green Life®, LLC, has worked in the health, wellness and fitness industries for nearly 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati and is currently completing internship rotations to become a Registered Dietitian.
Tonia is a Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Education Specialist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the creator of Move Over Parkinson’s® fitness classes which are designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and strength for people living with Parkinson’s Disease.
Tonia manages a Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness program for a local health department and heads a coalition which works to improve health outcomes and advance health equity in underserved communities.
In 2016, she was honored with the CCTST Community Health Advocate Award for demonstrating excellence, leadership, and a passion for improving health.
