Tonia Smith, RDN, MCHES

As Founder and “Chief Wellness Officer” of Good Green Life, LLC, Tonia’s mission is to educate, inspire, and motivate people to revolutionize their lives and attain their optimal state of wellness. Tonia is a Registered Dietitian, health coach, personal trainer, and teaches dance fitness and yoga classes throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. She is the creator of the Move Over Parkinson’s® wellness initiative that improves lives for people living with PD through nutrition and movement.

Tonia manages a Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness program for a local health department and heads a coalition which works to improve health outcomes and advance health equity in underserved communities.

In 2016, she was honored with the CCTST Community Health Advocate Award for demonstrating excellence, leadership, and a passion for improving health.
