Tonia Smith is an E-RYT200 / RYT500 / YACEP Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) and Meditation Facilitator. She teaches classes throughout Greater Cincinnati and online.

Tonia enjoys volunteering with VITALITY Cincinnati, her yoga alma mater, where she supports students on their journeys to becoming yoga teachers.
