Tonia Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. She is a proponent of plant-based nutrition for improving health, helping to end animal cruelty, and protecting the environment.

Tonia Smith is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) and trained Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator. She teaches classes throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Tonia enjoys volunteering with Vitality Cincinnati, her yoga alma mater, where she supports students on their journeys to becoming yoga teachers.
